Spring is early this year. The spring and summer seasons tend to be the busy season for real estate. This season is no exception. Early warm weather, speculation, lack of inventory (especially new construction), and increasing property values are only a few factors likely to spark this real estate season into high gear. There is less than 3 months of inventory in most Metro Atlanta Markets. What this means is that if all builders stop building today, in 3 months time, all available homes for sale will be gone.
